W szkole podobało mi się to, że mogłam zawsze zabrać się za lekcje w czasie, gdy byłam wolna. Nie byłam jakkolwiek uzależniona od godzin lekcyjnych i mogłam w każdym momencie zrealizować materiał. Moje plany na najbliższą przyszłość to studia medyczne w Mediolanie. Chciałabym kontynuować naukę w języku angielskim.

W programie Full Time mogę pogodzić naukę z muzyką, a to jest dla mnie bardzo ważne. Potrzebuję mieć szkołę przy sobie, a nie za nią chodzić. Robię zadania wtedy, kiedy mam czas. Częściej uczę się w weekendy niż w tygodniu, bo nie mam konkretnych godzin, w których jestem zawsze dostępna. Opiekun regularnie pyta mnie, czy wszystko OK, czy wszystko ogarniam i czy potrzebuję pomocy. JDJ IOS polecam nie tylko muzykom!
My journey toward obtaining my high school diploma was both challenging and unconventional. Throughout my high school education, I changed schools every year. I completed my freshman year in Canada, sophomore year in the United States, junior year in Poland, and senior year in an online school. While each experience was valuable, it was during my senior year that I truly found my direction. Studying within the American education system gave me the opportunity to choose courses that aligned with my interests. Classes such as AP United States History, United States Government, and Economics allowed me to deepen my understanding of the social sciences and confirmed my aspirations for the future, where I hope to attend the University of Warsaw and study international relations. My high school journey not only strengthened my adaptability and independence, but also helped me define my academic and career goals. I am sure that I will use my acquired knowledge, skills, and perspective in the future, where I hope I will make a positive impact on society. Thank you.
Gdy zbliżał się czas powrotu z mojej wymiany w Stanach Zjednoczonych, zdałam sobie sprawę, że nie chcę wracać do polskiego systemu edukacji. Na ratunek przyszła mi wirtualna szkoła JDJ IOS, w której okazało się, że mogę kontynuować naukę w ramach programu amerykańskiego liceum online. Teraz uczę się zdalnie w USA, będąc w Polsce! Sama zarządzam swoimi lekcjami oraz planem dnia. Spotykam się zdalnie z nauczycielami na indywidualnych konsultacjach, kiedy tego potrzebuję, a w większości uczę się sama z materiałów w formie e-podręczników, audio, wideo, gier, quizów i innych narzędzi i metod dostępnych w szkolnej platformie. Przestałam się stresować szkołą!

Podczas wymiany w USA odkryłam, że nauka może być skonstruowana w sposób bardzo przyjazny i ciekawy dla młodego człowieka. Po powrocie do Polski zauważyłam, że trudno o odpowiednik amerykańskiej szkoły w przystępnej cenie. Na szczęście trafiłam do JDJ IOS. Realizuję program Podwójnej Matury, więc chodzę jednocześnie do polskiej i amerykańskiej szkoły, wciąż mając kontakt ze starą klasą, a przy tym z językiem angielskim i mnóstwem słówek dotyczących specyficznych dziedzin, na przykład ekonomii.
Two years ago, I had to interrupt my full-time high school education due to a serious injury. Returning to full-time studies became impossible. Only joining your school gave me the opportunity to continue my education. I worked very hard to make up for lost time. Zapisałam się na program Podwójnej Matury w JDJ IOS kierując się tym, że w przyszłości będę mieć szeroki wybór uczelni i tego, co mogę robić zawodowo. Amerykański program nauczania oraz sposób jego realizacji bardzo różni się (pozytywnie!) od tradycyjnej szkoły w Polsce. Ponadto, mam styczność z językiem angielskim na co dzień, co daje mi dużo pewności siebie i dzięki czemu nie boję się bariery językowej, myśląc o studiach za granicą. Dla mnie, Podwójna Matura jest świetną inwestycją w przyszłość!
Podoba mi się, że szkoła jest nowoczesna. Miałem już okazję nagrać swój podcast oraz wykonać projekty i prezentacje, przy których rozwijam wiele umiejętności. Przedmioty są dobrze zbalansowane, jeśli chodzi o ilość teorii i praktyki. Uczę się szybciej i produktywniej, niż w tradycyjnej szkole. Angażuję się w szkołę, bo jest dla mnie ciekawa. Zmiana na JDJ IOS zdecydowanie wyszła mi na lepsze!
